Create Your First Page
Create a first Stated Page from a short brief, organize it for a reader, then share one clear link.
· 2 min read
A Stated Page is the right starting point when you want to turn information into a clear web report that another person can open and use.
Pages can combine editorial content with interactive blocks such as a poll, form, question box, file request, download or Voice Agent. They also keep views and responses attached to the same publication.
Before you begin
Have one of these ready:
- a short brief, such as “Create a client-ready competitor report”
- source content or notes
- a file, image, PDF or spreadsheet
- a public URL you want to turn into a report
You do not need perfect input. A clear goal and intended reader are more valuable than a long unstructured prompt.
Create the Page
- In Stated, choose Create and select Page.
- Enter a short prompt or add your source material.
- State who the page is for and what you want the reader to do.
- Review the generated title, summary, sections and blocks.
- Edit anything that needs human judgment: facts, language, sensitive details and the final action.
A useful brief is specific about the outcome:
Create a concise report for a client. Lead with the recommendation, retain the key evidence and caveats, and end with one question asking which option to take forward.
Make it useful for the reader
Do not add blocks just because they exist. Add an interaction only when it changes the workflow.
- Use a poll for a bounded decision.
- Use a form when you need several answers or contact details.
- Use a question box for open feedback.
- Use downloads when the reader needs a source file or final asset.
Then choose visibility and share the finished link.
Expected result
You will have one Page with its own URL. You can return to it later to update the text, add blocks, change its design, share it again or review results.
