Share a Publication
Share a Stated Document, Page or Experience by link, email, WhatsApp, Telegram or supported social channels while keeping one canonical publication.

Once a publication is ready, choose the sharing method that matches the audience and the action you need from them.
The Stated publication remains the source of truth. A message, email or social post points people to that one destination, so updates and responses do not get split across duplicate copies.
Check access before sharing
Set the right visibility first.
- Public is suitable for material anyone can discover and open.
- Unlisted is suitable when you want a link without public discovery.
- Password protected is useful for a smaller controlled audience.
- Registration required lets you ask readers to identify themselves before access.

Share by link or email
Copy the publication link when you need a simple share. Use email sharing when you want to send the link to named recipients and keep the delivery connected to the publication.
Use a short message that tells the reader why the link matters and what you need from them. For example:
The recommendation is at the top of this report. Please choose the option you want us to take forward.
Share on WhatsApp or Telegram
Stated can prepare a WhatsApp or Telegram message with the publication link and a short message. It opens the selected app ready for you to review and send.
Stated does not send the message automatically. You choose the recipient and the final wording.
Distribute on LinkedIn or X
If you have connected a supported social account and your plan includes distribution, you can publish or schedule a native post that links back to the Stated publication.
Use social distribution for public, shareable content. Do not distribute a gated or sensitive publication.
What happens after sharing?
Readers open the same canonical link. If the publication contains a form, poll, question, rating, file request or Voice Agent, their actions appear in the publication’s results.
